Registration of medical devices

Registration of medical devices is a state procedure, the purpose of which is to allow the release of high-quality and safe medical devices to the Russian market.
 According to paragraph 4 of Article 38  of the Federal Law N 323-FZ of 21.11.2011 "On the Basics of protecting the Health of citizens in the Russian Federation" establishes that the circulation of medical devices is allowed or permitted on the territory of the Russian Federation only if they we registered in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation, by its authorized federal executive body.
