In case of loss of the original registration certificate or its damage, the holder has the right to apply for a duplicate
Registration certificate, in accordance with paragraph 52 of the regulations for registration of medical devices approved by the Resolution
Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2012 №1416 "On approval of the rules of state registration of medical devices" (hereinafter -
Registration rules). In case of damage to the original registration certificate of the application for the provision of duplicate is attached spoiled
registration certificate. For the issuance of a duplicate of the registration certificate provides for a state duty in the amount of 1,500 rubles.
