Obtaining a permit for the import of medical devices

The rules for the importation f medical device into the territory of the Russian Federation is approved by order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of 30.06.2020 No. 661n.  Permission to import medical devices provides the applicant the right to carry out one-time importation into the territory of the Russian Federation of medical devices in order to state registration within one year from the date of its issuance.          

The term of providing services  Five working days from the date of acceptance of the application and documents.  -  Permission to import a medical product or a notice of refusal to issue a permit for the import of the medical product is made to the registry within two working days from the date of adoption by Roszdravnadzor of the relevant decision.   State duty size-   Not provided
